Disliked: Had problems with shower not having water pressure. Told property about problem. Never got any results. Asked to talk to management was told they weren't available.

Liked: Location was easy to access. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Our room smelled TERRIBLE. It was obvious there had been pets in the room prior to our visit and the room smelled horrible of pet urine.

Liked: Honestly anything I would have considered to be positive about this property is defaced by the negative aspects of this property.
Disliked: Staff is not organized and property is extremely short staffed. The staff they did have could be found arguing amongst themselves in a foreign language. We were stopped twice by an older foreign couple who were cleaning rooms and demanded us to tell them what room we just came out of even though the gentleman stopped us and we’d did tell him. We were followed to the elevator by the woman who again asked us the same question, “what room did you come out of?” I was locked out of my five different times before the battery was replaced on the keypad to my door. This caused me to be late to my function. It was just terrible all the way around.
