Liked: The Front Desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and in good order. The breakfast was good as usual. We have stayed here several times and it is one of our go tos when in the area.
Disliked: The price is too high. The room was close to $400 for the night. That is high and as a result I have looked for better rates at other hotels on their websites.

Liked: The desk staff was very friendly & helpful
Disliked: I don't know why I was given handicapped room. The shower was disgusting. Leaked all over the floor. Drain in floor had disgusting smell. Wheel chair marks in shower

Decent place, would stay again

Liked: Desk staff was suoer nice and helpful. Room was nice, clean, complete, and the hotel was really quiet thankfully.
Disliked: One weird policy they had (not the desk guy's fault, he was just "obeying orders") was to "collect some collateral" in order to use one of the trolley carts to haul stuff to your room, such as leaving a cellphone, to assure them the cart would be returned to the lobby. Treating all the customers like grade schoolers.
