Real nice hotel in a cool town. Clean, modern and comfortable.

This was a very clean hotel in close proximity to Key Bank Arena. The entire experience from check-in to morning breakfast was very well organized. Good focus on customer service.

Liked: Very clean and well organized establishment.

Disliked: Required to pay for 3 nights though only needed 2; not everybody is there for orientation! Microwave didn’t work.Showers need a door.Breakfast needs more healthy options. Staff not particularly friendly

Liked: It was a popular and clean place. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful, but a smear of mold under the sink edge… hotel was sincerely kind, and concerned. They made note. If you’re extremely exhausted and want to sleep before 9PM, be ready for the local pub to have loud life bands playing across the lot.

The hotel is very clean...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower was a bit strange as there is no door or curtain, just and opening and the water got all over the floor. But on the plus side the water pressure was great.

Liked: Everyone was very polite. Greeted with a smile. From cleaning staff, buffet staff and desk staff!
Disliked: The vent in the bathroom in my room never turned on. It was there... but neither switch turned it on.
