Liked: It was very clean. The breakfast was good. The location was great. The staff were friendly & nice!
Disliked: There was only 1 elevator working. We were told the 2nd elevator has been broke for several months. This needs to be fixed or the only elevator working will soon be broke. This hotel was packed with people and to have 1 elevator working is not good.

Disliked: 1 elevator was down upon arrival. 2nd elevator went down morning of checkout. I am handicapped and needed an accessible room. I was placed on the 3rd floor and when both elevators stopped, I had to use the stairs which was difficult as a handicapped.

Disliked: Didn't get to check in on time. We arrived shortly after 4 and was told to come back lately. I asked if they could call us or if we could call and see if it was ready. They said no, they we needed to come back but couldn't give us an approximate time.
