Good area and nice new...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the security guard and the receptionist. Also, great room and facility.
Disliked: The microwave has caused short circuit. Not enough parking if you come late at night.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety and the staff made sure everything was stocked. Parking was good.
Disliked: The walls can be a bit thin, we heard a couple of other guests in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't anything crazy and it was time for breakfast so it was understandable that there was some extra noise.

It was great for a...

Liked: The breakfast and coffee was great for our family. Very close to lots of great restaurants and less than 15 minutes from Universal Studios. Spacious room
Disliked: Not a big deal, but it was a little tricky getting towels for the pool.

Liked: Bed didn't give me a back ache. Coffee was decent
Disliked: Run down neighborhood, room was dated, $15 per night parking fee-have never in my life been charged a parking fee at a hotel, charged a security deposit-never before charged a security deposit at a hotel.

Liked: Everything was great, with the breakfast to the location to universal. Not to far of a drive.I would definitely come back again.
Disliked: The rooms were clean but it did have a weird smell.
