Front desk team member.

Liked: Convenience to Rock Church for event. Comfortable bed. Coffee/hot water for tea always available in lobby.
Disliked: No room attention the 4 days we were there, unless we asked for it. Air conditioner.

Scamed for an extra $75

Disliked: I called Hamilton corporate offices and ask if there was an extra charge for my 10 pound dog. They said there would be no charge but when I arrived at the hotel I was charged a 75$ fee.

Generally excellent with one minor...

Disliked: The window shade in the room was broken. The maintenance person was willing to give me another room; but I had already unpacked and so I just lived with it. It was not a major concern for my stay.

Liked: The breakfast first day was ok. The second morning food taste great and was hot. Like restaurant quality
