Disliked: The property was wellMaintained but on one of my roomsThere was rust on the tub, the door for the bathroom was off track and I was toldThere was no maintenance or anyone to assist me after hours. The only option was to my room. The person who checked me in didn’t realized I had 2 rooms that were connected and after I spent 20 min on hold with Booking.com she didn’t really explain what the issue was. I was late for my event and embarrassed because even though I showed her my confirmation on the phone she told me it didn’t matter because it was a 3rd party and I needed to call them to figure it out.

Disliked: When I checked out I was told I would receive a receipt by email. A receipt shows what I paid. Instead, I got a statement showing a $0 due. That was it. All it showed was a $0 balance. Pretty much useless for my expense report.

Liked: Nice looking decor inside the main hall. Location is close to the main road, easy to find. Plenty of parking, but you need a key card to get in and out. Medium size room with comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker provided. Good typical American breakfast with omelets , sausages etc. Pleasant temp water in the pool.
Disliked: Not enough window soundproofing, we heard traffic noise all the time. Inside was quiet though, since we didn't have neighbors. Hotel shows wear and tear all over the place.
