nice, but stinky

Liked: The room was nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. I was not wowed by it, but I made a waffle and was good with that. We were in the area for a funeral and the location of the hotel was perfect.
Disliked: The bed seemed comfortable... until I woke up. Also, when we returned from breakfast, our room smelled like the sewer was backed up; we were assaulted. The unpleasant odor remained with us for the rest of the morning. It was such, that we couldn't even be nose blind. Mentioned it to the front desk staff at check out.

Disliked: no balcony or opening window...not even shaded bench to rest outside after long trip....driving 8 hours my shoes smell and i feel claustrophobic- i need window or at least a shaded area with bench

Clean with large rooms but...

Liked: Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Air worked very well
Disliked: Text messages were sent saying to reply to the text for any needs during the stay, but when I did so and got no response, I asked about it at the desk. I was told the person who had sent it was already gone and thus no one got the text. Ummmmm

Disliked: The bathroom doors need maintenance, it got stuck while I was in there, and we had to call maintenance to come and get it open.

Disliked: Well when we arrived we were expected to pay AGAIN. I have two transactions now when I was told one would disappear. Both payments definitely came out of my account. I booked two queen beds and when we arrived at the room it was one king bed for a family of 4. They didn’t correct the room either. We had a total of 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to get more. The shampoo was completely out. They had tiny black and red bugs crawling in the bathroom.
