Very bad staff from front...

Liked: Niagra falls is very near but don’t fool with the ratings of this hotel there are many good hotels near like Double Tree, Hyatt place
Disliked: Very bad staff from front desk to hotel manager and they are very very rude, they not even know how they should talk with their customers, they have an attitude that once you paid and you gone and they thinks whatever they do they do. I had very bad experience staying here in Hampton in terms of cleaning and they don’t even bother when you request them to basic room cleaning my $900 is wasted literally. I have reported this issue already how their manager said (I don’t have any boss do whatever you want to do) very unprofessional
