It’s the little things that...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and close to army base Eustis.
Disliked: They only gave us 2 towels when we reserved for 4 people. They didn’t have staff on that could bring us more. We needed to go to the front desk to get more. The large bottle of shower gel was empty and only realized when I was in shower. When I went out to the front desk, they told me I was lucky that they had a small one in the back they thought they were out and I would need to wait till housekeeping came in two hours after I needed it I made a mistake and I didn’t bring my toothbrush or toothpaste. They had no disposables like most hotels and they had nothing in their store. The front desk told me that they don’t keep them since they put in store so at 4 o’clock in the morning I had to go out looking for a toothbrush. I know it was my fault but most hotels would have helped me with the same situation.

I would stay here again

Liked: I loved the staff; the breakfast was very good on Monday when they had bacon. The parking was good and near lots of eateries.
Disliked: I didn't like how thin the walls where I could hear everything going on next door in the other room children were running around in the hallway making all kinds of noises late at night.

Liked: The handicap room was perfect for my needs & the staff was exceptional; especially the sweet lady who managed the breakfast buffet - great breakfast!

Had a comfortable stay. Overall...

Liked: Alvin in the front desk was very accomodating and communicated well with my family members. Our rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. TV got a lot of channels.
Disliked: Rooms were a little dated but clean and all were in working condition. Ice machine in our floor was a bit loud.
