Excellent service - the ladies at the desk were very helpful and knew the surrounding area; the room was very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was great. Will be going back.

Liked: Excellent people there and room was very nice.

Great location, friendly staff, not...

Liked: The location was great and the staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The fitted sheet had blood, hair and crumbs on it. The staff did change it for us but it was definitely a turn off.

From the reception area to...

Liked: When I entered the lobby/reception area, I immediately noticed the rich dark wood on the walls and surrounding area. It made everything appear regal and luxurious. Further, it made the room quiet and inviting.
Disliked: I can think of nothing that could be better.
