FANTASTIC. it was like that

Liked: Property was clean. Everything was within walking distance (Jackson square, bourbon street, canal street and many more). The hotel staffs were really giving that southern hospitality vibe. FRIENDLY…No place on earth like NOLA. I recommend this hotel. Great value for the price.
Disliked: What’s not to like.

Good; comfortable; book through hotel...

Liked: Staff helpful; location easy to get to. An actual human being at the desk 24/7
Disliked: Heading toward chaining people to phones for keys and payment. BOOKING.COM DISHONEST ABOUT PARKING. I BOOKED THE PLACE BECAUSE I BELIEVED IT TO INCLUDE PARKING. WHEN I GOT THERE, PARKING WAS AN EXTRA $40 PER NIGHT! That is booking.com fault. Very unhappy about that. I would have done better to book through the hotel instead of booking.com
