Very expensive for an average...

Liked: Near the event that I attended.
Disliked: No real security. Homeless drug addicts were allowed in and were riding up and down the elevator.

Liked: Room was spacious and liked the self service laundrette
Disliked: Service every other day + eating with disposable cutlery and plates. Coffee and tea stations temperature was always not boiling hot and just cold or Luke warm. Requested decaf coffee in my room, when the room finally got serviced, it got replenished with regular coffee. Fire alarm went off just after 3 am because of a glitch. Many guests partying in their rooms could be heard on in my room. There was a horrible smell in the room, I tried powder on the carpet and spraying deodorant in the AC but nothing helped. Overall all for the price I pay and the ratings I looked at on the web, this was disappointing. I compare service standards across the globe and the US disappoints every time

Liked: The location was great for our needs this trip. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and would consider booking in the future, The free breakfast was good and they tried to change up the selection daily.
Disliked: The front desk staff when we arrived was not the friendliest person and could use some customer service training!

Would recommend staying at that...

Liked: The great hospitality, and the easiness of getting fresh towels, and the amazing breakfast complementary!!.. The staff greeted us every morning made us feel at home offered suggestions and what to do places to eat for my first time in New Orleans
Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to leave after four days and couldn’t stay longer but that’s not your fault!!
