Great hotel friendly staff

Liked: Love the hotel not far at all from canal street or bourbon street great location
Disliked: Water in sink dribbling out needs a little more power soft pillows would like firmer ones

Would love to stay there...

Liked: The valet had great customer service. Definitely will recommend again.
Disliked: Could’ve had a better view to look at when I was in my room. But that’s literally all that was wrong.

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Prepare...

Liked: Staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating to requests. Hotel was clean and comfortable, met all our needs and very close to the French Quarter. Breakfast was a delight!
Disliked: Although pet-friendly, there were no nearby spots to take my dog to go potty. Every trip was at least 3 blocks away from the hotel, not including the walk back. Breakfast felt like it needed Beignets ;)
