Liked: Super close to bourbon and canal street. Beautiful lobby and rooms
Disliked: Nothing - it was all around great. There are definitely some things going on outside of the hotel but nothing they can control

Well located, but some points...

Liked: Well-located hotel on the edge of the French Quarter. Rooms comparable to all other hotels in similar chains. Breakfast was slightly better than average.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel wrongly charged us for valet parking, even though we had parked our rental car nearby on our own (at a much lower cost). It took considerable effort to get this charge refunded to my credit card. Initially, my repeated requests went unanswered. Finally, I managed to contact the front desk manager (Kimberly), who eventually corrected the invoice.Besides the above, we were also woken up every night by an alarm from the ice maker. Around 2 AM, it malfunctioned, resulting in a loud, shrill beep (similar to a fire alarm). We reported it to the front desk the first night. The second night, we unplugged the machine ourself.
