Liked: Everything was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great location. We will stay here on our next trip to New Orleans.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: My room was ready on arrival. The property is very near to streetcar stops, restaurants, shops and bourbon street. Fantastic for a first time solo traveller or a few days down in downtown New Orleans. Staff were always at the front - late night or not- and the rooms are large and comfy too!
Disliked: Nobody helped me with my bags up to my room. The property check in area was small but easy to locate but there was no comunal area if you did not want to be in your room besides the breakfast floor. Also, my safe kept on breaking so I did not feel my personal items were secure. And my toilet handle became loose so a few things needed maintenance. Cleaning staff came in the mid afternoon rather than the morning or midday.

Liked: We enjoyed the hot breakfast and gym. Nice and clean. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about places to go. Love it
