Liked: Close to my business meeting
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation, and I was not aware until I arrived. The smell of paint and building supplies in the hallway and near the elevators... each day of my stay. Also, in the bathroom, they did not have a toliet paper holder tissue sat on the back of the toliet, which I had increased concerns about infection control. Lastly, the TV mounted on the wall was at an angle, not directly in front of the bed for a clear view. The frig was slightly cool, and the two chairs colors did not match. I did not feel for the amount of money charged that it was worth it. Let me also say that I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel stay bothered me because the price did not match the stay I'm used to.

Disliked: Due to renovations breakfast was not what we expected. But this is understandable.

Worst stay of my life

Liked: The staff was disrespectful I was completely uncomfortable the entire time I was there. After asking Gwen can I speak to a manager she told me she was the manager then after speaking to the real manager I realized I was lied to and letchia reed is the manager. I was already greeted by her with an attitude after her hearing only Gwen’s take on what happened and then she told me she was giving me an extra charge. I told her I wouldn’t be coming back and she said fine I’ll put you on a do not t rent list. As a rewards member never thought I’d be treated in such a way. I have 26 nieces and nephews and we all will never be back!

Liked: The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was super friendly. My boys enjoyed the pool with friends.
Disliked: The beds were like sleeping on cements blocks and bathroom ceiling looked like a bad leaked was fixed but not done properly.
