Other than the elevator issue...

Liked: Food was good., the location was great for what we were doing. the staff was great!
Disliked: The elevator was broken when we arrived and after 4 days was still broken. we were lucky and there was a room downstairs that we would make work. we would have preferred 2 beds, but we made the one king work for us.

Liked: Everything was nice and up to profession. But $50 extra because I left oil on a pillowcase is outrageous.
Disliked: The over charge of $50 because there was oil on a pillowcase.
