April 20, 2025 stay

Liked: The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Convenient location for our medical appointment at Vanderbilt One Hundred Oaks.
Disliked: The tv would only pick up a very few channels. Most would just say "no signal". If we had been staying more than one night I would have asked for a repair or another room.

Great location, but the hotel...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The facilities are in dire need of an update. The one elevator that did work was extremely slow. Our hotel room's popcorn ceiling was cracked and peeling. The bathroom faucets were placed at an angle and made it difficult to turn off. The room had a musty smell. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Hampton Inns.
