The stay and food was...

Liked: The clean room and bathroom, the staff, the breakfast and the A/c in the room .
Disliked: The fact that the ice machines didn't work, when the day time temp is 102 with a heat index of 108+ is a failure. I was told they were not working for weeks.

Liked: The maid in the morning broke into my room to clean it. Luckily, the lock at the top stopped her. I was in bed with a very bad headache (I have them often due to slipping on black ice years before). She yelled to say I should have been out and she needed to clean it. Bottom line, after two phone calls from their front desk, I finally left. I stopped in two days later and spoke to the hotel manager, who was lovely. No one said the maid was wrong, only that I was. Apparently, she was following protocol, which obviously needs to be changed. The maid had no way to check to be sure the room was empty. Ridiculous. Unless she is fired or the protocol is changed, I will never stay here again. I have never had this problem at Hampton Inn properties. I realize this is under the "what did I like" category. I apologize for this error.

Liked: How close it was to other places to eat. Room was clean. Big tv.
Disliked: That it was being remodeled downstairs so could not enjoy breakfast there, parking was at a minimum, and it was noisy even on the upper floor.
