Disappointing

Liked: Was very accommodating how ever apon booking we requested a king bed & sofa bed .We were never told that we had to have a deposit for the room which is understandable but when we arrived in the room we had no bed linings for the sofa bed we had two towels one washcloth in a face tall for three people our phone didn't work in the room when I went to the front desk to ask for linen and to let them know the phone didn't work they just looked at me and said what do you mean you don't have any linen for the sofa bed I said there's no bedding up there the lady was a little irritated she said well everybody is gone today but I'll see what I can do 🤦 ..We got bed linens about 40 minutes later ...phone issues was never addressed..Only other issues we had was during the night we could hear kids running up & down hallways on & off until about 2/3 am so it was not a very peaceful rest when we had to start our day at 6am 🤦 & we was unable to call front desk do to phone not working...The breakfast in am was not to bad lots of options to choose from ... Staff was okay I wouldn't say it was bad stay but definitely not a pleasant one on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it about a three or four I don't think if I had to choose to go there again I would...

Liked: front desk and service no cleaness
Disliked: There is no proper room service, no soap, no body lotion, nothing. When we called and informed, no one responded. We just slept without a shower

Disliked: We were placed in a “quiet room” that was near a loud access door.
