Very good

Disappointing

Liked: Was very accommodating how ever apon booking we requested a king bed & sofa bed .We were never told that we had to have a deposit for the room which is understandable but when we arrived in the room we had no bed linings for the sofa bed we had two towels one washcloth in a face tall for three people our phone didn't work in the room when I went to the front desk to ask for linen and to let them know the phone didn't work they just looked at me and said what do you mean you don't have any linen for the sofa bed I said there's no bedding up there the lady was a little irritated she said well everybody is gone today but I'll see what I can do

Disappointing

Liked: front desk and service no cleaness
Disliked: There is no proper room service, no soap, no body lotion, nothing. When we called and informed, no one responded. We just slept without a shower

Fine small hotel with hot...

Liked: Great accessible location. Indoor pool -great.
Disliked: We were placed in a “quiet room” that was near a loud access door.

Liked: The staff. And the cleanliness.

Disliked: Price although they adjusted the bill for $50.00 less which was much better.

Be warned-don’t stay here!

Disliked: The charged my credit card for smoking in the room when we didn’t. Then it was impossible to talk with the general manager about the situation. The staff were the rudest I have ever experienced in hospitality.
