I paid descent money for...
Liked: The locations was as convenient as it could be…located just off of the interstate, close enough to food options and literally minutes from Walmart and my intended destination. The staff were all amazing. I was checked in by Myeshia and I can’t say enough about her winning personality. She was welcoming, personable, friendly, professional and the perfect person to meet after a long drive. Josh was equally amazing easy to communicate with and he had an appreciative concern and respect for my comfort. The breakfast staff were great as well. I didn’t get names but the lady in charge of food prep was on point and made sure everything was well stocked. If I had one complaint it would be the food quality.
Disliked: A couple things from my experience were not to quite to my expectations. The food quality for breakfast was sub-par. The fruit was not as fresh as I would prefer. It looked as if it was previously frozen then thawed. Both mornings, the meat choices didn’t look like they were cooked to done. This can be dangerous with pork (the first morning there was patty sausage and the second morning smoke sausage was served). My room was filthy. There was a damaged place on the wall in the bathroom that looked like the damage had been repaired with no standard for acceptability. The walls were dirty, the ceiling looked like there had been old leaks. The pull out sofa looked like it had mold on the frame. The mirrors all needed cleaning and the furniture needed to be cleaned. It has some kind of weird looking greenish, dusty substance. The carpets needed cleaning badly. I was literally afraid to walk across the floor without shoes. I end up going to the Walmart and buying a pillow, blanket to sleep on and some Lysol and Clorox wipes to clean and sanitize the surfaces. I had three rooms and two of the three looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from the last stay. My room smelled and looked like it had been closed up for a long time. The lamp shades had stained and the metal surfaces were rusted. I loved the staff (they were the best part of the experience) but the facility was disappointing to say the least and certainly far from what I expected from a Hampton Inn. The owner needs to invest some funds in cosmetic upgrades. Even the furniture in the lobby was a little disappointing.

Great overnight stay in Moss...
Liked: The staff was SO nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I had no complaints.
