Liked: Cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Especially the front desk young lady.
Disliked: The bed is not a good mattress

Good location off the exit,...

Liked: The AM buffet was OK. The biggest reason to stay here was the location off I10 exit. Rates were very reasonable.
Disliked: The hotel's exterior looks standard, but the interior is very dated - looks like a Gen1 Hampton Inn, while I believe they're now at Gen4... Furnishing are knicked and overall tired and I had to look for USB outlets, etc.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in was a bit rude and impatient. We were very tired from a full day of travel and she just seemed impatient. She also checked us out and was the same way. Others I experienced were very friendly and polite - all other staff I encountered in the hall or at the desk were super nice but she was not. She made you feel like a bother to her and was not friendly at all. Also we had charges I wasn't sure of why since I had paid the room in advance. Luckily we checked and got that resolved before we left.

Nice overnight

Liked: The Moss Pont Hampton Inn was a perfectly reasonable place to stay for a night. The hotel is fairly modern, lobby is cheerful, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was fresh and mattress comfortable. Nice sized refrigerator with small freezer in room. A good stay for a good value.
