Disliked: Light in hallway was out, not fixed. Tub drain not working was fixed promptly. Shower gel empty, replaced upon asking.

Disliked: We ended up in a wheelchair accessible room, which wasn't a problem despite not needing it. But it meant the blinds were on a remote and didn't go up separately. ie, they were completely open or completely shut (not just the light curtain that lets in light during the day). This was a real problem because we were on ground floor and people were walking within feet of our window. So I needed to rig the blinds by climbing up, etc. (obviously not possible in a wheelchair!)

Disliked: First room we had to leave it and move to a different room because it smelled of dog and it was so bad we were coughing, nose running and throat scratchy Second room they put us in, had blood stains and human bodily fluids secretions on the sheets
