Great location. New hotel. Clean.

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance from downtown and Old Montreal. The swimming pool is small but heated and the view is beautiful.
Disliked: We loved our stay. The only complaint : breakfast is great but extremely crowded especially after 8:30AM. There is not enough staff so the gypsies from all around the world are turning the place into a trash bin in minutes. It is repulsive. They'd better charge for breakfast more or do something about this issue...

nice building, run-down area, thought...

Liked: newer hotel.
Disliked: breakfast can be chaotic, too many people opting for room w/breakfast, hard to find seat. Dry hotel-neither restaurant nor roof-top bar open until 5PM, couldn't enjoy afternoon drink at rooftop bar. Want a drink walk 3 blocks back to old Montreal.

Liked: Location is great, close to almost everything downtown Montreal
Disliked: - Room was not properly cleaned. - They do not refill the coffee / tea box, I had the right of 2 coffees in my room for 3 nights stay - Breakfast was awful and very crowded, I was not able to get a table - Facade cleaners come to my window (glass curtain wall) without any prior notice- left my jacket in my room after check out, they didn’t even notice or sent any note

Wonderful. We needed a little...

Liked: Breakfast was great. I loved the hot and cold options, and there was a variety for everyone. The chia cups are amazing!
Disliked: The AC was blowing cold air directly on the bed at night. But we used a blanket. This was a very minor issue.
