It is a nice-looking hotel,...

Liked: I liked the location. I liked that the hotel was very new-looking, and the modern design.I like that the staff were all friendly and easy to reach when needed.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was very stressful - SO many people in a small space, having to wait a long time for the food to be replenished, running out of dishes and cutlery. We had to take our food up to our room most days. The room was not as clean as I expected - there were clumps of lint and hair throughout the room, there was hair in the bathroom. The shower drain was blocked and I had to ask twice to have it fixed. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, it wasn't done - and then again the next day, I asked and it wasn't done. So I asked for fresh towels and I had to call the front desk three times before they brought them (two hours after my first ask). Our room smelled like car exhaust fumes - I asked at the front desk, they wrote it down but nothing was done about it nor were we offered a different room. The hot tub was not open. The pool was very very small. There is a nightclub on the same floor as the gym+pool - it was very hard to get up and down in the elevator when the club was busy, as the elevators and lobby were full of partyers.

This hotel is centrally located,...

Liked: Thé breakfast was very complete and much better than expected. It was extremely busy however there was a large dining area able to accommodate a lot of people.
Disliked: The hotel is located next to a mission meaning that we had to walk through an encampment for homeless people when going to old Montreal. While this was uncomfortable, it wasn’t dangerous.
