Disliked: No loading zone for pickup or drop offNoisy breakfast dining area. Poor ceiling acoustics

Ok for easy access to...

Liked: The rooms are big, clean and with everything needed. The beds are confortable. The hotel seems new or very well maintained. The location is great but now there are construction work right next to it (repairin the bridge thus serious) and it looks weird. The breakfast is ok for American standards.
Disliked: The staff in the reception is totally unfriendly (on booking conditions it was mentioned a warranty of 100 CAD and they put a hold on 400CAD. I asked politely why 3 different people who ignored me. When I raised my voice they looked for an answer after the manager simply told me to clear the way. The breakfast has no fresh vegetables.
