Liked: Breakfast was great. I loved the hot and cold options, and there was a variety for everyone. The chia cups are amazing!
Disliked: The AC was blowing cold air directly on the bed at night. But we used a blanket. This was a very minor issue.

Liked: Room was clean. Nice to have breakfast included.
Disliked: When we had breakfast, the tables weren't cleaned fast enough. I had to move previous people's dirty plates and bowls in order to have somewhere to sit.

This is exactly as advertised...

Liked: You cannot beat the location! It’s perfectly situated just steps from Old MTL just perfect, near metros and you just can’t beat the location. It’s in Chinatown and lots of choices for good food .Late at night you have access to the hotel by your room card so I like the extra security. Breakfast has a lot of choices such as waffles , eggs , sausages, hashbrowns etc . and it’s always being refilled & its a great value & you have ample time to make to breakfast.
Disliked: During your stay the rooms get a « light «  clean but I wouldn’t call it that all they do is change the towels & sometimes make the bed , they don’t even empty the garbage . To improve they could actually do the light clean , make beds , change towels and empty garbages . The one thing I will say is that if you ask for new sheets, they will but you have to ask daily for this.
