Liked: The friendliness of the staff. The clerk Tracy was super nice, new but nice. The young black man that worked the breakfast area was amazing. It was stocked and super clean.
Disliked: I paid on line in full and the clerk charged me again. She did have a manager correct the mistake though. The pool was green. Our air conditioner leaked on to our floor. One room key wasn't working and we needed a replacement. The drinking fountains and the TV did not work in the fitness room.

Disliked: Ice machine was out of ice. Food crumbs from previous tenants in coffee tray

Liked: Front fest lady was very kind but the entire hotel was filthy!
Disliked: Most disgusting, dirty hotel Ive ever stayed on. Hair in the beds in the sinks all over the bathroom. Stains all over the lamps. Thank goodness we were only there for 12 hours! We had to lay our travel blankets over the bed and pillows to sleep on them they were so nasty.
