Friendly staff, great location.

Liked: Friendly staff. Convenient location. Good size rooms. Plenty of outlets for all devices.
Disliked: Parking.

Would probably chose other location...

Liked: The location was good for us. The breakfast was good - usual menu. Staff at front desk were pleasant, although not immediately available as they were attending to several other things in early morning prep.
Disliked: Was disappointed in overall maintenance of the building. Hampton Inn is usually a bit more in cost than some other local hotels, but we have frequented them due to the included breakfast and cleanliness of the facility and room. We were surprised how the overall maintenance of the building had gone down since our last visit. There was water damage noted in several areas in hallway and common areas. The ventilation in the actual room and bath was poor and air was stale and stifling. Musty smell noted. We only stayed two nights and then made other arrangements.

Disliked: The first room that we had ac did not work but the hotel gave us a new room.

Liked: I liked that I didn’t have to pay for an unused room due to last min changes my family had. Saved me an extra hundred dollars! They had breakfast which was alright, being we had to leave out very early the kids were able to grab n go.
Disliked: We made it too late to swim because pool closed at 10, which was our fault we left home later than expected. We had an issue with shower n bath, the plug to push down to make bath wouldn’t go down so I had to shower vs bath which I prefer, and water didn’t get very hot

Our stay was okay, but...

Liked: The room was relatively clean.
Disliked: I needed to chase down an employee to get toilet paper, and we ran out of tissues. Also, the pool and workout room were both closed.
