Family mini-vacay

Liked: Great location- Bellingrath, food, & shopping nearby. Kids enjoyed the pool & breakfast very much. Staff was helpful & friendly.
Disliked: There was wear & tear in the room. It's probably time for new floors, appliances, or a whole reno.

Liked: Location to Bellingrath
Disliked: Weekend check in long line with 1 staff member. Breakfast person needed help. Lots of empty and slow to restock. Busy weekend staffing needs to increase.

Liked: front desk staff all super friendly, professional and helpful
Disliked: at breakfast at 8 am, they were completely out of coffee, out of sausage, out of eggs,out of waffle batter, there was only one, very old little old lady working to stock the breakfast bar, and took forever to get coffee made.
