Liked: Traveled with a pet and I asked for a room near an exit so I could take him out to do his business, so they gave me an accessible room near exit. After I went out around 6am I couldn’t get back in to the hotel my room key didn’t work, it was dark and cold and I had to climb steps to get back to the front entrance. It was very difficult due to my back. I asked and they said the keys don’t work until after 8 am ? Then why stick me so far down the hall with no view and stairs to get back in. They were never at the front desk. Waited forever and had to finally sneak behind the desk to find someone. No phone in my room so again had to walk down to the front desk . Toilet kept clogged up. Not the best Hampton experience and I always stay at one.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Convenience food was available for purchase saving me money and time.
