Very good

Liked: Felix was great about fixing a booking error that booking.com did not correct.
Disliked: Double charged for a room that was covered by someone else upon checking out.

Liked: Got a room close to the pool on 1st floor, great staff
Disliked: It was very busy, no hot tub, okay selection on breakfast. Bed comfort was okay. Could use more lighting, and the chair in our room was broken kind of wobbly

Good place for a great price

Liked: The staff was nice, the pool area was clean. Rooms were ok. Not a fan of the shampoo idea, although I get the economic side of it.
