Bad

Disliked: Receptionist, he was very rude, he told me he couldn’t give me my room because I didn’t have my physical card on me but the room was already paid for it. He end up canceling the reservation even when it was paid for it.

Pleasant Stay

Liked: Our stay was consistent with our experience with other Hampton Inns. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioning was quite loud in room and thermostat was a little tricky to manage. Breakfast was just okay.
