Not happy with the outcome

Liked: The property was deemed uninhabitable by code and city of Milwaukee
Disliked: Didn't get a chance to stay

Disliked: The place was closed so we didn't get a chance to stay nor could i get ahold of your customer service to request a refund.

Disliked: I didn't stay there because they canceled my reservation before I got there. They violated the city code and they shutdown the hotel and canceled my reservation.

Exceptional

No room for me

Liked: Nothing to like, I showed up at 10pm to no room availability.
Disliked: I didn't have a room, my reservation was not honored.

It was pleasant and restful.

Liked: The comfort. Most of all I liked the Breakfast server. She was so kind.
Disliked: It was mostly good

Wonderful

Liked: The pool
Disliked: The window seal were dirty and one staff that made the breakfast was really rude and mean
