Liked: Room was available early so they let us check in by 1 o'clock. Staff was VERY accommodating.

Disliked: there is another hampton inn in Milford DE. I'm sure I'm not the first one to book by mistake late at night when you are trying to find a place to sleep with your family. Yet I could not cancel the reservation barely 30 mins later when I realized

Some Good - Some Bad

Liked: The hotel was clean, room was clean, staff was accomodating.
Disliked: The cleaning crew did not bother picking up the trash outside the room across from ours for our entire stay. That was disgusting. Also single ply bath tissue should never be used. It should be two ply or nothing. There should always be 3 sets of towels not 2. Last, the shower curtain should have an inside liner that stays in the tub. We took a shower and it flooded the floor with water - bad design.

Disliked: The noise from the highway side of the hotel was louder than most other roadside hotels.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the location was good. Smooth check-in and check out.
Disliked: The TV in the room did not work properly. They moved me to another room, the same problem. 3rd times the charm. The 3rd room was good. But they did not offer any discount for the inconvenience. Housekeeping did not come by at all, I was there a week.

Disliked: Hello,Before I check out, I just wanted to mention a few concerns I experienced during my stay:When I first entered the room, the AC was set to 65°F, which felt extremely cold, more like a cooler than a room. I tried raising the temperature gradually to 72/74°F, but it took a long time to adjust and still felt too cold for me, especially coming from Florida where we never set the AC that low. I had a very uncomfortable first night, felt freezing, and ended up waking up with body aches, back pain, and diarrhea.The next morning, I asked the front desk to please replace the towels and the bed sheets. When I returned to the room, I noticed that only the towels had been replaced, but the bedding was not changed. Unfortunately, I experienced diarrhea again the following morning.I wanted to make sure this was brought to your attention before I leave, as the temperature setting and bedding may have contributed to how I was feeling.Thank you for your time and for looking into this.Nicole Naoum, room 227.
