Liked: The property was nice and location was good for us
Disliked: I told the woman at the front desk I had already paid and she said she had to run the card again but if it was paid it wouldn’t be charged and that’s how booking.com does it. I didn’t think it sounded correct because I had prepaid at other places in the same road trip without encountering this. I was very tired after a 9 hour drive,I just accepted what she said thinking I could easily sort it out if she was wrong. Unfortunately, they are now ignoring my (3)messages. Trying to work with booking.com but no progress there either.

Disliked: No good communication with the booking.com ,the hall of the 4 floor stinks and the toilet always during my stay was cloth.

Disliked: I booked two rooms and called them at 10:30 PM and said I was driving with family and will be there around 1 AM. We reach there at 1 AM in the rain and the person at reception says one of my rooms was canceled even though I was never notified and had a confirmed booking for two rooms. I was not even offered any options, just given the name of another property ten minutes away and asked to go there. The person at the front desk was not even genuinely sorry. The road to the property was flooded, please please avoid this location. There is no integrity and customer service is non-existent.

Lovely room/breakfast not up to...

Liked: Loved the shower, and that the printing on the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was large enough to read.
Disliked: The breakfast was lackluster. The orange juice was just water.

Disliked: The lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me I was sending up there with two bags of chips and she was on the phone she didn't say anything to me like wait a minute I'll be right with you she didn't do anything so after that she went when she got off the phone she went and went in the office like I wasn't even there you can look on your cameras and seeing that she didn't say anything to me now I've stayed at y'all place this would be my third time and I love it because you're very clean very good breakfast but the front desk lady at this time or night she was not nice at all
