Excellent.

Liked: Staff pleasant and welcoming. Ready to fix any issues you may have.
Disliked: At first the room disappointed me. It was too dark. They don't have a refrigerator, microwave, laundry as the other Hamptons that I stayed in. I understand they are going through renovation.

Relaxing Getaway

Liked: It was in a safe location and quiet. Tiffany was awesome!! She guided us to where to eat and made sure we were accommodated when we returned from our cruise. Excellent customer service. The breakfast was very good also. Having free access to the computers was a major plus due to vouchers I needed printed for our excursions. This will be my go to place whenever I cruise again from Miami. Thank you 😊
