Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working and made it very uncomfortable and our swim suits or anything wet stayed wet

Lovely hotel but disappointing outcome

Liked: Very central, handy for the beach and close to nice restaurants
Disliked: At check in, we were told we were entitled to $15 per day per room to be spent on food or drink in the hotel’s bar/restaurant. More crucially we were told that if we did not use it, it was cumulative, as in, if we didn’t use it on day 1 it would carry over to day 2 etc. We were staying for 3 nights and did not use it till our final night however when we came to check out, we were advised (by a different member of staff thank check in) that we owed money as the entitlement had to be used each day. We were advised that they were going to investigate this and would email us however this didn’t happen and all we got from the reception was an email detailing the final bill. A very disappointing end to what was an otherwise excellent stay.
