Staff is helpful and friendly

Liked: The staff was very helpful in assisting us with a suitcase malfunction. The front desk assistant actually found safety pins and helped fix the issue.

Liked: Please concere has none pork item for the people that does not eat pork.
Disliked: We returned from our cruise earlier than our check-in time and had to pay $75 extra to check into our ready room. Never heard of such a thing.
