Liked: The location and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: When we first arrived there was blood on the bed spread. Asked for it to be changed. They brought linens and a new spread but didn’t offer to change it. Also didn’t offer to discount the room or move us to another. Cleanliness could be better. Also there were no sheet etc in the room for the sofa bed. Had to request those as well.

Overall good stay

Liked: The area, and parking
Disliked: Only that The sofa bed had gross stains on the mattress when we opened it. Had to use 5 sheets and a mattress pad over it.

Liked: Great Location, The Staff excellent service and courteous and professional . The room was perfect . The cleanliness of the bathroom. I have no complaints. Everything was excellent. I enjoyed my stay there .
Disliked: No problem

Besides the thermostat everything else...

Liked: All was well.
Disliked: The air controller wasn’t readable. It was hot the entire time.

Disliked: My TV didn't work, I got up early to have breakfast, stayed until 6:15, no eggs or bacon, so I left an had breakfast at McDonald's..

Decent day, nightmare experience checking...

Liked: Room was nice the lobby was under construction
Disliked: I booked with Booking.com and paid with Apple Pay in advance. It seems the amount I paid was three cents less than what the hotel was trying to charge. So the prepaid amount was declined when the hotel tried to check me in. We sat in the lobby for over an hourat 11 pm waiting to be checked into the room over three cents.
