Disliked: We were not notified ahead of time, that the elevator was out and they were not able to print key cards. Our room was located on the third floor, the poor staff member had to let each person into their rooms, and the air conditioning was not on when we arrived in our room and the room was very stuff. The staff person said it had been that way for 2-3 weeks.

Disliked: The hotel is in serious need of an update. Peeling wallpaper, dingy lights, etc.
