Liked: Good location for what we were doing.
Disliked: One employee at the desk at the 3 o clock check in. And she left her post for 20 minutes before returning to the desk. Poor training I would have to say.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Work out room. The machines didn’t work. Old and outdated.

Liked: I expected a better breakfast
Disliked: The breakfast could have had better meat 2 more hot foods The toilet seats were not comfortable was too small

Liked: Jennifer was wonderful. Jennifer and her staff are to be comended for excellent customer service and honesty. I left my Tablet in my room when I checked out. I called next day and Jennifer had already been trying to contact me to let me know that she had my Tablet. What a relief for me!! She then did the extra effort to get it mailed back to me.I appreciated it so much!Thanks to Jennifer and the cleaning staff!!!Keith
