Liked: Jennifer was wonderful. Jennifer and her staff are to be comended for excellent customer service and honesty. I left my Tablet in my room when I checked out. I called next day and Jennifer had already been trying to contact me to let me know that she had my Tablet. What a relief for me!! She then did the extra effort to get it mailed back to me.I appreciated it so much!Thanks to Jennifer and the cleaning staff!!!Keith

Disliked: We were given keys to a room already occupied. "Digital (self) check in" does not notify front desk" ??? Previous guest's towels had been left in the closet of our room.

Liked: The staff was outstanding, even though they were having technical issues. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
