Disliked: Stood at the counter , without being recognized, while staff finished on 1 computer then moved to the next one & then greeted us

Enjoyable.

Liked: Wonderful staff.
Disliked: The mini-fridge was falling out of the cabinet. Because of this, the cabinet was damaged and unsightly. I reported it to the staff. Room 320.

It was good but not...

Liked: Location! Location! Location! The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I did find several hairs in the bed on the white sheets which was very disappointing I was unable to be comfortable after that. I was disappointed that when came downstairs for breakfast in the morning I took some things to my car and came back in for breakfast. I left my room keys in the room because I wasn't going back up and I was unable to use my digital key to get any ice from the laundry area because I was already checked out.

Disliked: Having been there several times before, we noticed some breakfast items were cut, e.g. dry cereals.

Disappointment

Liked: Breakfast was very good with many options. Hotel appeared clean.
Disliked: BED was horribly uncomfortable. I didn't feel like I was sleeping on a mattress but instead a cardboard box. I assume housekeeping should come daily unless a sign is hung on the door. Also, if your making the bed in the room stands to reason you would change and/or fold up sheet & blanket from the sleeper sofa also. I shouldn't have to request these services considering the amount of money this room cost.
