Disliked: Used soap left in the bathroom shower. Made me wonder if it was cleaned.Out of eggs and other food at 8:30am., long wait for more to be brought out.

Disliked: Room, Breakfast, greeters friendly but not truthful, room had 2 beds but no table and chairs—Mentioned it to the check-in employee—There were 2 of us and one chair and no table to sit at—His response “Sorry but that is our room set up”.Breakfast SUCKED!!!!! NO good choices. You need to compare yours yours to Quality Inn’s which is much better. Room price is rediculous. A $50 charge was added on without an explanation!!!!!!!

Disliked: Check in time was 3pm. My room wasn’t ready until 9:30pm. Due to staffing issues. Wasn’t offered anything in return to make my stay better. Very displeased with this hotel. Have strayed here the last 4 years on this trip. Won’t be doing that again. Everyone just kept making excuses as to why things weren’t getting done. Was told at 7:30pm my room was almost done. Just consistent lying.

Disliked: Beds were kind of hard and couldn't get shower water temp to stay steady.

Overall not horrible would try...

Liked: The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn’t that great. The sausage was rubbery and the waffles were hard as a rock.
