Liked: Room was not clean, and staff were extremely rude!

Not worth the money, customer...

Liked: The staff both at night and in the morning were extremely rude and didn’t seem knowledgeable! Both times they had to call someone for assistance. When we entered the room there was urine and blood on the toilet seat from whoever stayed in the room previously. I noticed after staying the first night there was something on the sheets so my husband went down and requested that the sheets be changed and they told us housekeeping had already left and that wasn’t possible. I had to ask twice for extra towels and wash rags because we were only given 2 and when I asked the front desk for extra it seemed to be a problem. This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had! There were several rooms blocked off for my son’s wedding and had I known it was going to be this bad we definitely would have recommended another hotel for the guests! I booked late and didn’t even get the discount.

Disliked: All the spider webs and dust. Triggered my allergies
