We had a restful night...

Liked: This is an older hotel and could use some upgrades but was acceptably clean. The breakfast was very good and food well prepared and maintained.
Disliked: The staff member who was on duty when we checked in was not particularly welcoming and really didn't know how to handle things when she could not find our reservation. I addressed this with another staff member the next morning and she assured me this person would be retrained. It is not Hampton's way to not be welcoming to guests and attempt to solve issues rather than tell the guest flat out they didn't have a reservation when you actually do. Also the tub in the room we were in was very slick ~~ this could be a safety feature.

Front desk associate was wonderful...

Liked: My priority was finding a safe place to stay near Little Rock. The hotel is located in a great area and I felt very safe. We were super excited to be greeted by friendly staff and yummy fresh baked cookies. We asked the front desk associate to recommend a good place for dinner and she gave us an AMAZING recommendation that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel was also a great value for the money.

Great location but find friendlier...

Liked: It was close to our family we were In town to visit.
Disliked: The lady at the check in counter was extremely rude. The rooms our a bit outdated not the cleanest, tons of marks on walls, missing lightbulbs in the lamps.

Disliked: The handicapped bathroom needs to be updated!

Disliked: My recent hotel stay was deeply disappointing. Constant phone ringing and knocking disturbed my sleep throughout the night. The lack of security measures made me feel uneasy. I would not recommend this establishment to other travelers. The employees' indifferent and impolite behavior further compounded the negative experience. .
