Liked: It was clean and the location
Disliked: The date I booked was the wrong date and when I arrived the week before the lady was very rude to me and very unprofessional. There was no reason to be talking to a customer like that when I was was paying for 2 nights and only staying for one

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre for my standards. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Cindy, the rep at the front desk was very friendly. I liked that we received a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie. This was not provided to us when we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Weston, WV.

Comfortable & clean.

Liked: Great location to walking trail & downtown.
Disliked: Due to reconstruction of dining area we could not access pool.

Liked: The breakfast is good and has a lot of options.
Disliked: Hotel was is in the middle of a major renovation. Construction noises start at 8 am and do not end until 6 pm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff was very nice. Rooms nice.
Disliked: They were in the middle of a renovation to it was dusty and dirty in the lobby area. The staff did make adjustments for breakfast. (you could take it to a room on your tray).
