Hampton Inn By Hilton Marathon - Florida Keys

Disappointed, not a good value.

Liked: Pool area with Tiki bar OK. But cloth cushions on lounge chairs neglected, never taken inside.
Disliked: Bathroom needed a good cleaning. Drain stopper in bathroom sink broken when we arrived. Maintenance came in & removed it, no repair or replacement. Toilet didn't flush properly. Housekeeping skipped us, so we had to call to ask for clean towels in the afternoon. A/C didn't cool properly.

Disappointing

Disliked: I didn't like the way Booking.com and the Hampton added the extra 10 dollars a day parking fee. In small print on your website. And sprung that on me after I arrived. I will not be using Booking.com and The Hampton again.

Very good

Liked: It was a noisy place, and the AC created a racket.
Disliked: Convenient, good location with a nice breakfast.

Enjoyable 2 night stay in...

Liked: Nice pool area & conveniently situated near a couple of restaurants. Communal areas were nice & relaxing.
Disliked: Need proper duvet covers.

Beds were clean, breakfast was...

Liked: The pool was great. Troy was a pleasure and really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the waffle variety for breakfast as well.
Disliked: The AC unit was SO LOUD. Its continuous ON then OFF was a bit disruptive during the night. The shower in our bathroom was weak and fell off a few times when we tried to change the mode. There was dried blood on the wall behind the TV, and the baseboards in the bathroom looked like they were never cleaned.

Will be returning next time...

Liked: The breakfast was very good with a great variety.
Disliked: Location Ease of check in.
