Comfortable but parking was terrible

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. Coffee was so good!
Disliked: Parking was absolute nightmare. RVs and work trucks taking up 3-4 spots. Each night when we returned there was no available parking. It was very inconvenient!

Liked: The breakfast was decent and the shower was excellent
Disliked: Our room stunk like dogs. If you allow pets in rooms, you should only use specific rooms for guests with pets.

One of the worst stays...

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The electricity went off early in the evening and we decided to try to sleep since there was nothing else to do. That is when we noticed there was no bedding for the sofa bed where our grandson would be sleeping. We had to ask for the bedding for the sofa bed and only sheets were brought - no blanket. We were told the blanket would be brought to the room after the electricity came back on because it was in the dryer. The room became hot and stuffy since the power was off for some time, but we finally went to sleep. When the power came back on, we were awakened. After the air conditioning came back on, the room eventually cooled down and our grandson (who was sleeping next to the unit), became cold. Since the blanket was never brought to our room, my husband had to go get the blanket. It was after midnight. Needless to say, we got very little sleep because we had to leave early the next morning.

Disliked: Power went out in the hotel for almost 4 hours I travel a lot and that’s the first time that’s ever happened.. I thought they would have some kind of backup generator..Breakfast was okay, nothing great
